Home Partners Max Price Changes For 2019
/Home Partners has made changes effective 2019 for the max sales price they are willing to purchase.
If you are not aware of Home Partners of America, they are a company who purchases properties and leases them to clients. They lease however they are also willing to sell the home to the tenant if they agree to purchase the property in the future. For example if you are looking to rent, whether you are relocating or not ready to buy just yet, they will purchase a home you choose and rent it to you. You can purchase it from them in the future if you would like as well at a pre-determined price.
What makes them special is it really helps the tenant get a better property to move in to because we all know rental properties are typically lacking TLC. With Home Partners you can have them purchase a home on the market which generally means has more upgrades, has been taken care, well maintained and lots of TLC.
For 2019 Home Partners has made changes to their max sales price they are willing to purchase a home for. For 2019 they have lowered their max sales price from $550,000 to $400,000 effective January 1st of 2019. For the majority of Home Partner clients this will not affect you as most purchases are in the $200K and $300K price point, or at least here in the Dallas metro area.
Please keep in mind this is only for the Dallas metro area, each area is different and have different maximum prices for their respective metros.
