Simply hire Serve Realty to list your home (listing agreement), to represent you on the purchase (buyer representation agreement) and the listing commission is 1% to Serve Realty. You save when you use Serve Realty to sell and buy your home.

I want to sell & then purchase another home, what is the listing fee? - In this scenario you pay 1% Listing Commission on the sale of your home, when you also use Serve Realty to help your with the purchase of your next home as well.
I just want to sell my home - In this scenario you would pay a 1.5% Listing Commission on the sale of your home to Serve Realty as your listing broker.
Is there an upfront fee? - No upfront or hidden fees. No Gimmicks!
What services are you not including? - There are no cutting corners on our services, you will receive the full service of a real estate broker from start to finish.
Do I get passed off to a transaction coordinator or assistant? - No, I will handle your experience from start to finish, I do not pass you off to an assistant or transaction coordinator.
ITEMS TO KEEP IN MIND:
1% Listing Commission - only covers the fee for the listing broker (Serve Realty)
Offering a Buyer’s Agent Compensation or Seller Concessions is optional but separate from the 1% Listing Commission to Serve Realty.
