Meet Luis Cuevas

Luis Cuevas is a full-time Realtor® & Real Estate Broker in the Dallas Fort Worth area of North Texas.  Luis is a native Texan, born in Dallas, calls North Texas home and knows the Dallas Fort Worth area well. Luis has seen first hand the DFW footprint grow from lots of open space to sprawling rooftops with vibrant communities.

As a long time Lewisville resident, Luis attended Lewisville ISD through high school where he graduated from Lewisville High School and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Real Estate from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.  Luis is married to his best friend, Edye and are raising their family in Lewisville. Luis started his real estate career right out of high school going to work in the title industry.  From working in the title plant pulling deed records, researching title, clearing title issues, coordinating closings to handling the closing from start to finish and becoming an escrow officer. Working on the title side of the industry helped Luis solidify his understanding of title, deed issues, contracts and made the move to the real estate agent side a natural fit.

As an agent Luis has enjoyed sharing his title and market knowledge to help empower his clients in their real estate decisions. Purchasing & selling real estate is a big decision and it deserves a great deal of attention to make the process go smoothly.  Luis has a goal to make the experience a smooth one while providing the best service possible!
