Wondering what it is like to work with OfferPad if you are interested in purchasing one of their homes? Or if you are an agent who represents a buyer who is interested in an OfferPad home? In this video I go in to detail of the process, what to expect, and overall how my experience went.

If you are thinking of purchasing a listing by OfferPad but just want to know more about them and the process this video is for you!

So I helped a client purchase an OfferPad listing in late spring of 2020, the year of the pandemic. The transaction went like many other Buyers, they are doing some of the same strategies in how they present the home and the contract details.

I found the home to be similar to other ibuyers, they use the same colors and materials in most of their homes. The offer process seemed pretty fair and simple. Just know the contracts they use are a bit different so be prepared. Also realize you won't be dealing with the listing agent but more with the headquarters out of Arizona.

Overall the process was fair, smooth and given all the issues we had to deal with they were fair to deal with. Would I recommend a buyer purchase from them? Yes! There are a lot of advantages to purchasing one of their homes in my opinion. Agents my biggest take away would be to read the contract addendum word by word and know how it changes the contract.
