I wanted to show you a home a recent client of mine purchased and really show you why they fell in love with the home. I will walk you through some of the highlights and show you what this beauty has to offer not only now but also some future plans.
This home is a bit larger than most so it allows for more options and I have to say this builder did a great job with this layout! The curb appeal is good, keep in mind it is still winter so most of the landscaping is dormant. The property has lots of custom features that really raises the bar for the neighborhood.
The entrance is really spectacular as you see the tall ceilings but also the grand staircase. The downstairs is open with very tall ceilings in the main living area and an open concept that everyone wants downstairs. The backyard does not disappoint with a covered patio, outdoor kitchen and a gorgeous pool! Upstairs is a nice layout with the second and third bedrooms who share a jack and jill bathroom. On the other side is a second master suite, game room and a theatre, how awesome is that!!!
