Prevent Winter and Spring Weeds Today!

Between mid August & Labor Day is the perfect time to apply pre-emergents to prevent the cool season weeds. Once the weeds have come up there isn't too much you can do, the best possible solution is to prevent them from germinating. Pre-emergents do just that, they prevent the weed seeds from germinating and therefor not growing in the spring. My two go to pre-emergents are Halts and Fertilome, which I have had success with year over year.
