How do I exercise my Right To Purchase option with Home Partners of America Lease with a Right To Purchase Program?

This question comes up when people want to know about how the process works should they decide to move forward with exercising their right to purchase. The reality is the process is rather simple and it starts by notifying Home Partners of your intent to exercise your right to purchase under the Lease with a right to purchase program.

While Home Partners asks that you notify them in writing at least sixty days in advance I have found Home Partners to be very accommodating. Keep in mind most purchases, especially if you are using a loan, will take at least 30 days. If that is the case giving notice of sixty days really shouldn't be an issue.

The biggest take away that you want to know is that the right exists, and you can do this at anytime within the lease. I actually had a client who decided to exercise that right a couple of months after they leased the property. Remember that at the end of the day this is just a lease with that option and Home Partners is more than willing to work with you on your options.
